  • Ran a live audit: verified API connectivity, validated product catalog data against live listings, and checked customer records across systems
  • Documented every failure found — including an authorization gap — with remediation steps

Problem

  • Designed and built a segmented email automation in MailerLite with two subscriber groups: free-tool leads and paying customers
  • Built a three-step welcome series triggered on group join
  • Configured SPF/DKIM DNS records for domain authentication and deliverability
  • Diagnosed the end-to-end pipeline and documented the remaining gap: connecting form submissions to the subscriber group
